You can place the "build" elements from the lefthand panel in a blog post the same as building one of the web pages on the site. This is a photo of a person operating a scooter on frozen Lake Geneva last winter; your second post, of course, will address the subject as laid out for the second post on our course Moodle at the link "WORK, round one." 

Wherein I say stuff about my dark lording, etc., introducing my self, my interests, provide other links, and generally follow and then exceed the instructions for the first post on the course Moodle.
